How To Track Employee's Performance

Modified on Mon, 23 Sep at 1:38 PM

Users can click on the Employee performance and the below screen is displayed.

The user can then select the employee and line to be studied. When these selections are made, the style is automatically chosen based on the most recent active allocation. The user must also select the operation to be studied.

The user can then proceed with the study recording. First, the relevant line should be selected. The active style associated with that line will automatically appear in the style field. Next, the IE officer selects the operator, and operators belonging to the selected line will be highlighted with a blue background.

The IE officer can then select the operation for the chosen operator. If the selected operator has any assigned operations in the layout, those operations will be highlighted with a blue background.

Users can add the running day if needed and then record performance using the Sewing, Dechain, and Inspection buttons. Also, the user can stop the study using this button. There are also two options for pausing the study and resetting. .

When the user clicks the Sewing button, the application starts to count the time, as shown on the screen below. The user can track the time for each cycle type (Sewing, Dechain, Inspection).

On the same screen, the user can add balancing priorities by adjusting the operation based on the operator's performance. Additionally, if the IE officers have ratings, they can update them accordingly.

Users can toggle the Update Skill button on or off according to their preference. When enabled, the skill inventory will be updated.

If the selected operator is engaged in multiple operations, the user can choose another operation and continue the study.

After that user needs to click on “ACCEPT” or “ACCEPT ALL”
