Functions of Line Balancing system

Initial Balancing - When a new style is received into the production process, the software can analyze the production data to determine which line is best suited to produce the style.


Capacity Balancing- During production, the line balancing software can be used to track the performance of each team member, the number of items produced, and the efficiency of each team. Based on the data collected, the system can suggest the best operator combination to optimize the performance of the production line.


Absentee Balancing- Absentee balancing reallocates tasks and adjusts the workload of remaining workers to compensate for the absence of other workers. Alternatively the system recommends the most appropriate replacement for the missing employee.


Work Study Officer View - This allows work study officers to easily access and manage the line balancing updates for the lines assigned to them. With this tool, they can effortlessly perform capacity balancing and absentee balancing.


Bulk imports- Within this tab, users can do bulk imports to the system.


Users - Create user credentials using this tab.


User role - User roles are essential to controlling and managing user access and actions. By defining permissions and restrictions based on each user's role and responsibilities in the production process, user roles ensure that the right people have access to the right information and resources.


Dashboards - This displays an overview of the lines and balancing data.


Reports - This is facilitating the download reports which system is given in default.
