How to Manage Trips

Once trips are created, you can manage them through the Trips menu:


  1. Navigate to the Trips menu to see all scheduled trips.



  1. Click on a specific trip to view its details. 



  1. On the Trip Details page, you can:

    • View comprehensive information about the trip

    • See details about passengers and goods

    • Track the vehicle in real-time (if this feature is enabled)

    • View the planned route on an interactive map

    • Cancel the trip if required (subject to system permissions)



  1. Scroll down to see the map displaying the route the vehicle will travel.



  1. If a trip needs to be canceled, use the "Cancel Trip" button and provide a reason for cancellation.



Effective trip management ensures smooth operations and helps maintain high service levels.
