First time login by administrator/new user

Modified on Mon, 23 Sep at 1:50 PM

To start with, Kingslake will provide the necessary Administrator account login credentials which includes the username.

For the first time login, the below steps should be followed to setup and create a new password.

1. Users need to enter their Username and click “Create or reset password”.

2. Then add the username in the textbox and click “Send OTP” option

3. An email would be sent to the user with the OTP, which can be used to set up the new password.

4. Enter the OTP sent to the specified on the email

5. Enter the new password, confirm the password and choose the ‘Change’ option.

It is important to note that both the username and password are case sensitive, the user needs to enter the password exactly as they were set up, including any capital letters. This ensures secure access to the system and helps to prevent any unauthorized access.

After logging into the system, administrators can add new users to the system and define roles for each user.

Various users might require different types of data access, either full or limited. Depending on the organization and its requirements, users may be assigned different roles for varying purposes. Below is an example for reference
