This report gives the critical operations which can only be performed by a single operator. Therefore the work study officers can make provisions for these types of employees and make sure there are no delays in production

Initial balancing report

This report is extracted in case work study officers require to share information regarding the initial balancing of the respective lines. 

Users can click on the  button and save the report.

Capacity Balancing report

This report is extracted in case work study officers require to share information regarding the capacity balancing of the respective lines.

Users can click on the button and save the report.

Charts

These three charts graphically represent the employees, operations, cycle time and also the No.of pieces.

Absentee balancing report

This report is extracted in case work study officers require to share information regarding the absentee balancing of the respective lines.

Performance report - Skill and Efficiency

Based on the study data, the system calculates employee performance indicating efficiency for the operations of each operator.

User can click on the  download button and save the report and get the downloaded report.

Skill Matrix

A skills matrix is used to map employees' skills and their levels. It's a grid that contains information about available skills and their evaluation. It is used to manage, plan, and monitor existing and desired skills for operators.

Once the user selects the line, user can view the skill matrix as well as they can download the report in pdf format.

Spare minute report

Based on the layout preparation, spare minute report can be generated. Using the spare minute report, user can get an idea about the spare minutes of the operators. To download this spare minute report, user should select the capacity balancing from the menu and select any particular record and click on the dropdown button in the upper right corner.

Machine Utilization Report

The Machine Utilization Report provides insights into machine usage. To view the report, the user should click on "Reports" in the main menu. Then, select "Machine Utilization Report" from the dropdown. The report can also be downloaded by clicking the "Download Report" button at the top right corner.

Bottleneck Operations Report

The Bottleneck Operations Report provides insights into operations that may be causing delays. To view the report, the user should click on "Reports" in the main menu. Then, select "Bottleneck Operations Report" from the dropdown. The report can also be downloaded by clicking the "Download Report" button at the top right corner.

Employee Skill Inventory Report

The Employee Skill Inventory Report provides insights into the skills associated with operations. To view the report, the user should click on "Reports" in the main menu. Then, select "Employee Skill Inventory Report" from the dropdown. The report can also be downloaded by clicking the "Download Report" button at the top right corner.

Out of the Box dashboards

Here, users can view the details of the summary of line balancing graphically.

This indicates the number of lines which are balanced, unbalanced, studied and not studied.

This shows the number of pcs at the 100% efficiency and the balanced current efficiency.

This shows the number of employees studied by the relevant Work study officer.

This shows the Total minutes, available minutes and absent minutes in the factory.

This shows the line wise total free minutes of all the employees in the line.

Work study officer view

Within this work panel, the work study officer can access a range of features and tools related to line balancing, which may include:

• Assigning operators to specific tasks or modules

• Balancing workload across the production line to optimize output

• Managing absenteeism and assigning replacements as needed

• Tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
