This report gives the operators who can perform only a single operation. Therefore the work study officers can recognize training needs for future improvements. 



Critical Operations (operations with single operator) for a given line


This report gives the critical operations which can only be performed by a single operator. Therefore the work study officers can make provisions for these types of employees and make sure there are no delays in production

Initial balancing report

This report is extracted in case work study officers require to share information regarding the initial balancing of the respective lines. 


Users can click on the  button and save the report.


Capacity Balancing report

This report is extracted in case work study officers require to share information regarding the capacity balancing of the respective lines.

Users can click on the button and save the report.


Absentee balancing report

This report is extracted in case work study officers require to share information regarding the absentee balancing of the respective lines.




Performance report - Skill and Efficiency

Based on the study data, the system calculates employee performance indicating efficiency for the operations of each operator.

User can click on the  download button and save the report and get the downloaded report.





Out of the Box dashboards

Here, users can view the details of the summary of line balancing graphically.



This indicates the number of lines which are balanced, unbalanced, studied and not studied.


This shows the number of pcs at the 100% efficiency and the balanced current efficiency.



This shows the number of employees studied by the relevant Work study officer.

This shows the Total minutes, available minutes and absent minutes in the factory.




This shows the line wise total free minutes of all the employees in the line.



Work study officer view


Within this work panel, the work study officer can access a range of features and tools related to line balancing, which may include:

  • Assigning operators to specific tasks or modules

  • Balancing workload across the production line to optimize output

  • Managing absenteeism and assigning replacements as needed

  • Tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement
