Proper organization of cost centers is crucial for accurate reporting and billing. Here's how to manage these in the system:
Access the Cost Centers menu.
To add a new cost center, click the "+ New Cost Center" button.
Fill in the required fields:
Cost Center Code: A unique identifier for the cost center
Cost Center Name: The full name of the cost center
Approver: Assign an approver responsible for this cost center
Click "Save" to create the new cost center.
To edit an existing cost center, click on it in the list and use the "Update" button on the Update Cost Center page.
You can also remove a cost center from the Cost Center menu if it's no longer being used.
