How to Make a Request

The request feature allows you to schedule transportation for various needs. Here's how to create a new request:


  1. On the main menu, click on "Request".



  1. In the Request menu, click the "+ New Request" button.



  1. You will be redirected to the New Request page.



  1. Fill in the required details, which vary based on the request type you're making.


How to make an Overtime Request


If the employees plan on working overtime and needs transportation home afterward, use the Overtime Request option:


  1. Select "Overtime" as the request type.



  1. Fill in the mandatory fields:

    • Time Run: Choose from predefined schedules.

    • Departure Date and Time: Specify when you'll need the transport.

    • Start Location: Enter your work location. 

  2. Additional fields may include Route and any specific notes or requirements.



How to make Ad-Hoc Request


For unscheduled or immediate transportation needs, use the Ad-Hoc Request option:


  1. Select "Ad-Hoc" as the request type.



  1. Fill in the mandatory fields:

    • Departure Date and Time: Specify when you need the transport.

    • Start Location: Enter your pickup location.

    • End Location: Specify your drop-off location.

  2. Additional fields may include the reason for the ad-hoc request and any specific requirements.


For both request types:


  1. Scroll down to the "Transport Request" section.

  1. Specify whether the transportation is for:

    • Passengers: Regular employees

    • Guests: Non-employee travelers

    • Goods: Non-human cargo







  1. Fill in any additional details required for your selection.

  2. Click “Add” to insert it into the request.



  1. Click "Save" to submit your request.



After submission, your request will be sent to the appropriate approver based on your department and the type of request.

WAIT FOR THE APPROVER TO ACCEPT YOUR REQUEST TO CREATE A TRIP
