How to Create a Zone and a Sub Zone

Zones help in organizing and optimizing routes based on geographical areas. 

1. Access the Zones menu to view existing zones and subzones.

2. To create a new zone, click the "+ New Zone" button.

3. In the New Zone form, enter the required information:

   1. Zone Code: A unique identifier for the zone

   2. Zone Name: A name for the Zone

4. Click "Save" to create the new zone.

5. To add a Sub-zone to an existing zone:

   1. Click on the parent zone in the list

2. Use the "+ New Sub Zone" button on the Update zone's details page

3. Fill in the sub-zone details similar to creating a new zone

6. To edit an existing zone or sub-zone, click on it in the list and use the "Update" button on the Update Zone and Update Sub Zone page.

7. You can also remove a zone or a sub zone from the Zones menu or the Update Zone page if it's no longer being used.

Effective zone management helps in route optimization and can provide valuable insights for resource allocation.
